Our semi-private training program offers an anthology of all the best lifts in order to help you look, move and feel your very best all within a small group environment.

Glutes: this is a lower body lifting class with an emphasis on the glutes. Expect to squat, lunge, hip thrust and sprint your way to a stronger and more developed set of glutes.

KB core: this is a full body kettlebell class that focuses on strengthening the core, mobility, cardio and functional strength.

FLEX: this is an upper body lifting class that will develop and strengthen the muscles of the arms, chest, back and shoulders.
