My fitness journey began when I was 7 years old.

Every morning at 5 am, my dad would wake me & my brother up before school to work out. By the time I was in high school, I was hooked on lifting weights. I loved how it made my body look, feel, and move. This early start completely transformed my life, and I’ve carried that passion with me ever since.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve dedicated myself to maintaining a rigorous workout routine, training 4-6 days a week without fail. This commitment led me to become a Division I wrestler, where I served as team captain and earned the title of conference champion. My love for fitness naturally evolved into a career, where I became a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. As a fitness professional I managed and opened multiple gyms across Southern California, and had the privilege of training thousands of clients from all walks of life. These experiences culminated in the creation of Iron Anthology, a program that reflects everything I’ve learned in these last 30 years.

At Iron Anthology, I’ve designed a program that not only helps you look great but also empowers you to feel amazing and move with purpose. My goal is to provide the structure, guidance, and motivation you need to make lasting changes. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
